If not, then this image infringes on the mural artist's copyright, considering that Iran does not grant Freedom of Panorama for free uses of images of architecture and public art without permissions from their artists or designers. Files in Category:Tour de France

These are the official logos of the Tour the France, see https://www.letour.fr/. It cannot argued it is a simple font logo as the word "Tour" clearly resembles a cyclist. Note that the copyright in France is based on imprint of personality, see COM:TOO France.

As I explained it is not just a text logo, it has a drawing of a cyclists embedded. The logos are actually in frwiki because they are non-free logo, see fr:Fichier:Tour de France logo (2003-2018).svg and fr:Fichier:Tour de France logo 2019.svg. You can also check, the Carrefour DRs, e.g., Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Logos of Carrefour Group, a stylized C with the French flag colors is protected in France. I must admit that I failed then to find this 2013 file and to upload the better picture as a new version. Likely Flickrwashing. The photos where taken by the professional photographer Javier Mantrana del Valle and the source is a Flickr account without followers and only contain these 5 photos. The account was created a couple of months after some of these photos were deleted for lack of permission, see User talk:JoakoPeralta. Notice also that the uploader claims that the actress was the owner of the photos and gave authorization, see Special:Diff/750943356. We cannot keep this images without a valid COM:VRT ticket.

The Cours de cassation is the highest court in France and has established that French banknotes are in the public domain.
