Misuse?

This edit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Geography_of_Montana&diff=prev&oldid=1286284261 is tagged GR/links here. It replaced one image with a DIFFERENT image, not the same renamed image. It's also tagged minor. Strange, right? This weird edit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:MS-13/Archive_2#Copyright_problem_removed led me to look at the editors latest edit. The latter is weird because DoJ content appears to be PD per {{PD-USGov}}... RememberOrwell (talk) 03:08, 20 April 2025 (UTC)

Updating a file

I`m currently trying to update the file "File:Svwaldhof.svg" and was told to ask here about it. I already uploaded the correct file under the name "File:SV Waldhof Mannheim Wappen.png", which is the correct one. If someone could change the first named file with the second one it would be apreciated or if thats not possible can someone tell me how to do it or whats needed to be done.
