This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.

Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.

Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.

Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Presumably so. I didn't get that far, just noticed they were globally locked and reported back.
Any reason you didn't nominate the file for deletion? I don't read Vietnamese, so I have only your word that it is vandalism, but for a globally locked user we certainly won't have a license forthcoming, so that pretty much decides the matter. - Jmabel ! talk 02:16, 1 August 2026 (UTC)

Didn't know that, but I think it is obvious that that file is also only used for advertisement, this MCTienHoang guy is a LTA on viwiki, and have created many pages only for advertisement. Commons:Deletion requests/File:نسيم يوسف يزبك.png was created because the image was AI-generated; the UDR failed.

On 2 August, they uploaded another AI-generated image; I am trying to get it deleted. Does any admin want to block them on Commons, since they're already indeffed on Arabic Wikipedia? Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/Vandalism/Archive 29#Gmyazbeckk ended without action after they swore only a week ago to stop uploading personal works and be a constructive contributor. It was protected because of vandalism, and this is from a temporary account with no prior edits (so you obviously didn't have a problem notifying them for something you did on this account). Can you understand why I have no basis at all to presume that the request isn't just from someone who would like to vandalize the account?
