Description

all publicly released MKULTRA files. all pdfs in the internet archive's MKULTRA collection.

the first release of 1778 documents can be downloaded with command line ia download --search 'collection:mkultrafiles' --glob="*.pdf".

second and third releases (MKULTRAOct2018, 91 files; BehavioralModificationNov2018, 234 files) are in a zip file. all files have a first page ("the black vault") that should be removed before upload.
