I can't find any evidence of its existence in reality, or its use by individualist anarchists. It's unclear what the blue here is supposed to represent, or what links it with individualism. As it could mislead readers into incorrectly believing individualists have their own shared flag, I don't think it's realistically useful for educational purposes. The file history shows that I was the original uploader. However, the user Mahbubslt has claimed to be the original creator of this flag. When I uploaded this file, I had very little experience with Wikimedia Commons and did not describe it correctly. This file is not an unsourced invention. It is my own digitally restored and conjecturally colorized derivative version of a specific printed portrait, whose original source file has now been separately uploaded on Commons and linked from this page:

I am the author of the restoration and colorization. The file page has now been corrected accordingly: it is linked to its original source, marked as a retouched picture, and marked as colorized.
The underlying likeness remains faithful to the original portrait. The face, eyes, nose, mouth, overall facial structure, and clothing all derive from the identified source. The edits consist of digital cleaning and restoration of age-related paper damage, light cleanup of surrounding elements, removal of distracting peripheral support, and conjectural colorization.
Deletion is therefore unnecessary. The issue here was inaccurate description, not lack of source. That has now been remedied. Crisotila (talk) 18:45, 29 March 2026 (UTC)

This file is no longer in use on English Wikipedia. I replaced it with File:2022 Congressional Election in Pennsylvania's 17th District.svg and updated the description of that file to say that it shows the correct results for this election as well.
