English: Series of different exposure times to show the dependence of resolution on contrast. Detail of an USAF 1951 target (group 7) made with a 10x microscope objective with transmitted bright field illumination (köhlered) with very low illumination intensity and recorded with a CCD Camera.
Deutsch: Serie verschiedener Belichtungszeiten, um die Abhängigkeit der Auflösung vom Kontrast zu verdeutlichen.
Dargestellt ist ein Detail aus einem USAF 1951 Target (Gruppe 7), mikroskopisch aufgenommen mit einem 10x Objektiv im Durchlicht-Hellfeld (geköhlert) bei sehr geringer Belichtungsstärke mit einer CCD-Kamera. Die ursprünglichen 4096 Graustufen wurden für diese Darstellung auf 256 Graustufen (8 bit) reduziert, dabei wurde die Helligkeit der einzelnen Aufnahmen angepasst. Bei gleicher Behandlung aller Bilder wären entweder die niedrigen Belichtungszeiten zu dunkel oder die hohen Belichtungszeiten zu hell um etwas zu erkennen. Bei 3 Millisekunden können die größeren Balken gerade eben noch erkannt werden, die kleineren aber nicht mehr. Bei einer Millisekunde sind die Balken nicht mehr erkennbar. Werden aber 100 Bilder mit 1 ms Belichtungszeit zusammenaddiert tauchen die Balken aus dem rauschen wieder auf. Das entstandene Bild ist aber nicht so gut wie eine einzelne Belichtung mit 100 ms, da auch beim Auslesen der Kamera Rauschen entsteht. |
