Joseph Mlinko, a Marine Air-Ground Task Force planner with Marine Wing Communications Squadron 38 and a San Diego native, tests a driving simulator for the Distracted Driving event aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Nov. 4. The simulator required participants to reply to texts from the simulator’s phone while driving.
