File:Former Imperial Cinema, Crawley.jpg
| Description |
English: The former Imperial Cinema, Crawley, West Sussex. Built in 1911 and rebuilt after it burnt down in 1928. The opening of the Embassy Cinema in the town centre (which is now Bar Med) caused this less-centrally located competitor to decline, and it passed through various uses before becoming a car dealership/showroom/garage, which it has now been for far longer than it was ever a cinema. Note the small pediment and the "IMPERIAL CINEMA" wording on the entablature. |
