Summary
| Description |
Along the Jones Falls Valley in Baltimore, MD is Meadow Mill, built in 1877. When originally built, Meadow Mill was one of five mills in the area owned by the Woodberry Manufacturing Company and has hosted a wide variety of industry over the years. It was listed as a Historic Place in 1973 and currently hosts small shops and offices. The Mill is a 3-story Italianate brick building, along with this square tower structure with a truncated spire-like roof having an open bell cupola. This mill is within walking distance of my office in Baltimore, on the other side of Jones Falls. |
