Delete. Copyvio, unclear copyright status. This file is a handwritten signature of Hoshimachi Suisei. A handwritten signature is a stylized personal mark and not merely plain text or a simple text logo.- Under Japanese copyright law (country of origin), such signatures are generally considered copyrightable works, so the public-domain claim based on the “threshold of originality” is disputed and unclear.
