I was trying to replace and update the description of the file due to errors after I finished with the upload wizard. I thought I had it formatted correctly, but this is what I was using:

But when I tried to publish, it said that I cannot add info above a heading, even though the heading / file name itself was still above the new label.

I'm 39. The story is starting to go away. Maybe I got a diagnosed disability at a young age. Different people have different ideas of what it means to be one of those better and better workers. Some people could consider me to be one of those better and better workers for having a disability. What I said about my disability is also true about the fact that I was born here in Canada. However people consider it to mean to be one of those better and better workers, those who know how to organize it will find ways to work towards a system where people all the time sometimes speak as though somebody is one of those better and better workers when they're not and make it so that we will never be able to 100% reliably find which of us is one of those better and better workers to give so much power to or drag to big plans like a baby or which of us is one of those people who is not one of those better and better workers to accuse or screen out denying the opportunity to break in and compete. One day, I came to terms with God. Very smart. My tiny little part is enough. When it is my tiny little part, I can do a very strong and powerful job of it. Sometimes, 2 people who are rivals for something really don't want each other to have so much more power than them to stop them from working on the part they're a good hard worker for. They might agree to form their own advanced system that the police and the airline security system can't follow. If they stop one who is struggling to break in and compete, they've got to stop the other who was given too much power also. If they want to keep information top secret from the one who is struggling to break in and compete, they've also got to keep it top secret from the other who was given too much power. If one gets all those bans because the system is so judgy and it's so easy for them to run into a hole of being a big infamous and shunned from something like a ban and all those sock puppetry rules, then the other will find ways to not let them be dragged like a baby into a big plan of taking more power and just like I did when I first made my new account, openly advertise that they are a sock puppet. They don't want to get things done by hassling to keep information top secret. Actually, I was banned here as Blackbombchu also. The whole entire system is crumbling. It's so easy to run into holes of doing things with so much power. We need a very secure system. Most, just remember that I was banned somewhere in this network from my ban on Wikipedia as Blackbombchu. Even if I hadn't been banned here, I wouldn't remember that fact much. I'm 39. The story is starting to go away. Maybe I got a diagnosed disability at a young age. If so, with my tiny little seed, all I can make sense of is a very secure system that leaves no one any holes of doing things with so much power to look out for. What I said about my disability is also true about the fact that I was born here in Canada. Not one of the rest of us hasn't done all those complicated and advanced plans I can't follow giving me no part to play. One day, I came to terms with God. Very smart. I understand what I'm supposed to type in the source. But it is very complicated and confusing for me how to actually type the vertical slash character on my new Chromebook. So I tried to see if writing on your talk page would do. I don't know about other times but this time right here right now, I can just do a simple plan of being offered the option of adding a topic. It doesn't seem to be there. The whole entire system is crumbling. It's so easy to run into holes of doing things with so much power to look out for. You seem to be struggling to get very much attention just like I am. Maybe we could form a union on something. It will happen when it happens I run into you and get a turn to squeeze in a chance to say something to you. I feel like I have some good ideas for an elevated triangular bullet train network all over Earth with a simple plan enabling more people to do train driving jobs but I'm struggling to break in and compete. My one tiny little part is all I could do. When it is my one tiny little part, I could do a very strong and powerful job of it. Some of them might be something just that speck of 1 of 1000 parts of me can do when it's the right time. Maybe that speck could do a very strong and powerful job of that part. I can't do a teaching job for the education system. I'm not made to run things top down with so much power. I can't do a tax manager job. I saw some jobs trying to hire a tax manager. I don't know what's going on with other people. What they deemed bottom up that assets are worth. You might feel the same way as me for some of your ideas. Unfortunately, what you're doing might be a very complicated and advanced task which I'm not made to do. Similarly, you might have a lot of trouble doing some of the stuff that I feel like I'm a good hard worker for that I'm really made to do with my brain. The bullet train network would be like linear algebra where we have the same number of equations as dimensions and exactly one solution. No more need for all that high precision. Rails would be round and convex. Wheels would have concave grooves. That would make it much harder for trains to slip off the tracks under the new system. A gun shoots bullets at high speed. I'd have trouble with there being a gun for me to look out for. Now I know how complex it might be for some of the people to do some of the stuff I'm a good hard worker for with my brain. Slowly, he learned how I think and understood me and I wasn't made to do his complicated and advanced tasks and the relationship slowly faded away. Understood. I won't send you anything further. For clarity, I was referring to a physical address, not a URL. I did not send you any "wring URL" at any point. The page requested "what page did you come from?" So I linked the actual URL, it's called tier 1 sourcing and attribution. I was attempting to ask how I could pass verified information to an experienced contributor after being told I had triggered the filters. Prova a visualizzare in anteprima le modifiche. L'amministratore GPSLeo ha visto la necessità di un filtro chiamato "Proteggi le intestazioni delle sezioni della pagina" con la nota "Impedisci a tutti gli utenti non controllati automaticamente di modificare o rimuovere le intestazioni standard delle sezioni della pagina". Hai anche attivato Special:AbuseFilter/58 rimuovendo il modello informativo e Special:AbuseFilter/303 non avendo nulla di accettabile sulla prima riga, poiché tali modifiche da parte di nuovi utenti senza COM:AP e utenti anonimi non sono corrette qui e sono invece considerate vandalismo.
