Description
English: Calculated theoretical (2+1)-REMPI spectrum (REMPI = resonance enhanced multiphoton ionization) of the transition of a diatomic molecule. The wave number on the x-axis corresponds to the combined energy of two absorbed photons. The relative intensities were calculated only taking account of the degree of degeneracy and the rotational state distribution of the initial state.
Deutsch: Errechnetes theoretisches (2+1)-REMPI-Spektrum (REMPI = resonanzverstärkte Mehrphotonenionisation) für den Übergang eines zweiatomigen Moleküls. Die auf der x-Achse abgetragene Wellenzahl entspricht der Summe der Energien beider absorbierter Photonen. Für die Intensitätsverhältnisse wurden lediglich Entartungsgrad und die thermische Besetzung der Rotationsniveaus im Ausgangszustand berücksichtigt.
