Summary

Description
English: Example of a "Replication Timing Profile". Each data point (grey dot) represents a different DNA sequence position along the length of chromosome XXX, indicated on the x axis. The y-axis indicates the time at which each DNA sequence position replicates during S phase, with more positive values being replicated earlier. A smooth curve is drawn through the data points to more easily visualize the domains of different replication timing.
