It does not include any other content from the above sites which has not been provided by Chris Lofting. On August 30, 2015 the volunteer response team received a message in which Chris Lofting states the he no longer agrees with the release. This has no effect on files that have been uploaded already, because the license is irrevocable. However this permission is only valid for files uploaded before August 31, 2015; any file uploaded at a later date is subject to speedy deletion.
