Reason for request: Provide some buffer between the warning sign and the text. Also, get rid of the redundant whitespace above the heading caused by ‎<h3>...‎</h3>.

New source code can be found at: Template:Warning/sandbox.

Differences are:

1. added width="9%" on line 4
2. replace ‎<h3>...‎</h3> with <big>'''{{{title|}}}'''</big> on line 6.

Kindly merge edit request per version at Template:Warning/sandbox. See this diff from base template to present version.

Changes: updated to use ambox instead of custom HTML table, this is for consistency on Commons (as done at Template:Notice for example), also sized icon from 50px to 48px and gave a small margin, and finally hid the icon from accessibility technology/API as not necessary.
