| Description |
Photograph of Nowadluk/Nowadlook (Nora) Ootenna wearing a coat with a fur collar. Ootenna was an Inupiat woman who was a popular subject for Alaskan photographers around the time - . She was has been mentioned as the daughter of James Keok (.doc) (though their recorded birth dates makes this unlikely ) and she was married to George Ootenna who were natives of Cape Prince of Wales and worked as reindeer herders (a business in which Lomen Bros was the main investor in Alaska). The Glenbow archive places most of the photos of her there. Nora was born in 1885 and as of the 1910 Census she lived in Port Clarence (essentially Cape Prince of Wales). |

| Date | According to the LOC: "c1907, printed 1916(?)." But according to the Glenbow Museum, the brothers didn't invest in the studio until 1908, so a studio shot from 1907 is unlikely. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
