Many old photos from the 50s-80s, were taken but left unpublished until the internet era, where they now end up on Getty Images, where I also found the image.  Keep good quality, fairly accurate, and consistent style which some may prefer. It doesn't have to be used on a Wikipedia; Commons isn't just for that but also uses outside of any Wikimedia projects. I don't think there's any other set of cat images in a consistent style and this watercolor style may be well suited for various specific applications. Because for various realistic applications one may want or prefer an illustration as opposed to a photo. For example an illustrated book about cats where it would cost several times as much if those were photos or just because one prefers to have such illustrations. Maybe the use-case here is more for providing an example how AI tools can be used to create such sets of nonphotographic illustrations, for example for such pictured books but also other things (apps, websites, icons, ...) where one may prefer or need some illustration all in one style instead of a photo or illustrations in different styles. I'm only not processing this request myself as an admin because I feel slightly biased, as I previously nominated images by the uploader for deletion. Still, I would keep these five:

It's a fictitious flag and thus shouldn't be used as being a case of personal art/out of scope. The INUSE guideline is a real problem for getting rid of those personal art flags on Commons. There have been multiple Village Pump discussions about it (and there currently is another such discussion). Those flags really don't belong in any article in an encyclopedia (except maybe an article about fictitious flags), they certainly don't belong into the article of Aktau for violating the "original research" guideline and for not being backed by reliable sources. Can Commons' INUSE guideline really be a reason for keeping this flag if the flag's usage in itself constitutes a violation of Wikipedia's article policies? If the INUSE really overrides the

OR/RS violations, the flag should still be  Deleteed because — since it's not an official state symbol — it is still protected by copyright. {{PD-KZ-exempt}} is not applicable for unofficial flags, the file should be deleted as a (likely: net) COM:COPYVIO.
