Veo que marcas todo las imagenes que subo como “Contenido que viola derechos de autor”. He intentado subir imagenes dejando el enlace de donde las saqué pero aún así sigues marcando. ¿Como puedo hacer para que dejes de hacerlo? Solo quiero añadir las imagenes a wikipedia. Las entidades de la Administración Pública tienen la obligación de proveer la información requerida si se refiere a la contenida en documentos escritos, fotografías, grabaciones, soporte magnético o digital, o en cualquier otro formato, siempre que haya sido creada u obtenida por ella o que se encuentre en su posesión o bajo su control. Asimismo, para los efectos de esta Ley, se considera como información pública cualquier tipo de documentación financiada por el presupuesto público que sirva de base a una decisión de naturaleza administrativa, así como las actas de reuniones oficiales.

Constitución Política del Perú de 1993

La ley LEY Nº 27806.- Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública, permite no solo al acceso si no a su uso ilimitado, dado que dicha ley no lo prohibe. De acuerdo la constitución Constitución del Perú (1993) : Nadie está obligado a hacer lo que la ley no manda, ni impedido de hacer lo que ella no prohibe.

Respecto a Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/Peru no encuentro que se refiera a este caso, y si dicha página dijera algo al respecto estaría equivocado, me comentas donde habla al respecto para ir a corregirlo.

Hola, sobre la imagen he visto que varios usuarios han subido como yo lo he hecho y no los han eliminado para nada. Además, no puede ser que haya varios políticos conocidos que no tengan una imagen, anteriormente yo subía sin dar créditos pero ahora me he corregido y lo subo de la manera legal como me han indicado. Round 1 of Picture of the Year 2023 voting is open!

Dear Wikimedian,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2023 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eighteenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2023) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and top 5% of most popular images in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just three images to become the Picture of the Year.

Round 1 will end on 14 October 2024, 23:59:59 UTC.
