This file was initially tagged by Jcb as no source (No source since). The uploader made several png maps in a similar style, this makes me believe this map is own work by the uploader (and later user editing the map). Basvb (talk) 10:54, 7 October 2016 (UTC)

- We can ask the uploader/creator, as he has been active in August 2016. @Koryakov Yuri: could you provide some background information in the creation of the map, and whether you used a basemap from somewhere (and if so where)? Basvb (talk) 11:52, 7 October 2016 (UTC)
- The underlying (geographical) base map was had been creating by me in CorelDraw on base of several cartographic sources including printed ones (in Russian language) and digital ones (DCW, OSM, gadm.org). Deleted: This is a derived work (see statement by the uploader) of maps of unknown copyright status (“printed ones”). Care should be taken to derive new maps from either maps in the public domain or free maps (like those of OpenStreetMap) and to document this in full detail. --AFBorchert (talk) 05:58, 14 October 2016 (UTC)
