- **Tasks:** Adds English labels and descriptions to Wikidata items for rivers in Kenya that have a Swahili label beginning with "Mto " but no English label. The English label is derived by replacing "Mto " with the river name followed by "River" (e.g. "Mto Tana" → "Tana River"). The English description added is "river in Kenya".
- **Operation:** Manually assisted — the bot is run by the operator and monitored throughout.
- **When:** Intermittently, as needed.
- **Maximum edit rate:** 60 edits per minute (currently throttled to ~1 edit per second via a 1-second sleep between edits).
- **Language:** Python 3, using the pywikibot library and the Wikidata SPARQL endpoint.
