This is an emblem based on a heraldic principles and therefore it is a political heraldic symbol with certain elements (not logo). Possible original author of this work Ángel R. File:Akihiko Kondo and Miku.jpg is fine; Akihiko Kondo is clearly the focus of the image despite Miku's name being in the title, the Miku in the uncropped version to me looks more like a cosplay than a doll, which would be fine per COM:COSPLAY and the unrelated background character falls under de minimis. File:Balloon Modelling Hatsune Miku.jpg is fine per COM:FANART. File:CyberVocal Hatsune Miku Ver legs at BYOC Zone 20251116.jpg and File:ROG Strix Helios II Hatsune Miku Edition and CyberVocal Hatsune Miku Ver at BYOC Zone 20251116.jpg may appear to be cosplayers at first, but now I realize that it might be a copyrighted sculpture, so both files should be deleted. Regarding the toy, the "Shrimpley Lovely"/"Shrimpku" design (as it's officially named) was by a friend of Paige's who operates under the nom de plume ricedeity ("Rice" for short); looking at Rice's official website, the about section includes an email address that can be used for direct contact. Rice's site also includes an unliked page for the "Shrimpku" design, stating that it was originally made for an art contest. The page includes a series of very lenient usage guidelines, but they don't provide anything that would firmly clarify this particular case.  Keep Philippine law does not explicitly exclude photos of political campaign rallies as works created by officials in the course of their official duties, contrary to most countries. Furthermore, the event was not just a campaign rally; it was a public gathering organized by Senator Kiko Pangilinan (the author of the images) to meet with and address his constituents regarding national matters (in aid of legislation, or potential legislation) as part of his official duties as a sitting legislator. The photos were documented by his senatorial office, who also documented other aspects of the event, such as an address by two of the senator's notable constituents, actors Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, regarding national matters. The recording is clearly incorrect, it's "fadr" instead of "fadżr". It's obvious for any Polish speaker like me. You may ask anybody speaking Polish. We have a bot in Polish Wiktionary, which adds the pronunciation from Commons to the dictionary entries. The author of this recording added it to the bot's blacklist, blocking in this way import of his own recording of "fadżr", and adding in the edition comment "fadżr nie przeczytam" (I won't pronounce "fadżr"), while correcting a lot of other mistakes: here. The problem with the invalid recordings on Commons is that there are other bots that import the recordings to various Wiki projects (for example user:DerbethBot, and user:Lingua Libre Bot), which won't use this blacklist. The depicted man died in 1907 (w:ru:Флиге, Герман Карлович), so, the photo was taken in 1907 at the latest. Next year it will be at least 120 years since its creation and it would fall under PD-old-assumed. If it was published around the time it was created it would already fall under PD-RusEmpire. @Josve05a: The style. It could imaginably be as late as 1930 (96 years old) but virtually no one made postcards that looked like that any later: black-and-white, crappy halftoning, caption that was probably scrawled on the negative in black ink. The post stamps on some of the postcards in this nomination batch can be dated, for example, File:Verzenay rue église 75278.jpg has the w:fr:Semeuse camée post stamp which was introduced in 1906 and remained in circulation until 1941.
