File:Logo UTSJR new.gif

I work in the press/communications department (Departamento de Prensa y Difusión) of Universidad Tecnológica de San Juan del Río (UTSJR), the institution this logo belongs to. I need to upload an updated/corrected version of this file, but I don't have permission to overwrite it since I wasn't the original uploader.

The current file has a ".gif" extension but its actual content is detected as "image/png" (MIME type mismatch), which prevents any new version from being uploaded. I've corrected this so the file format matches its extension.
