Pleasing large images with an aspect ratio of 4:3 or 5:4. They should have a resolution of 1024×768 or more. To check the aspect ratio, go to the properties of the image, and then divide its height by its width. If the resulting number is 1.25±5% or 1.33±5% (see table), then it's the correct ratio for a 4:3 or 5:4 computer wallpaper.
