Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

A random anonymous person on Wikimedia Commons with no other global contributions took several nude photos of a moderately popular/famous influencer and released them for free online? Extremely unlikely. Google Images is broken, I can’t find any hits on Tineye but that could easily be a false negative because these aren’t even publicly available elsewhere, and Yandex is crap that only ever returns similar but unrelated results. Every image you have ever uploaded to Commons has had to be deleted, in the Hendricks case over a year later, because you were wrong about the copyright on it.
