The province's candidate particularly felt the support of her kababayans. Miss Ilocos Sur shared, "I'm very thankful. Amin nga Ilocos Surians mariknak talaga ti suportada." Moreover, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur introduced local food and delicacies in the province including Biko, Pipian and Empanada. |
