costa molto meno di una motocicletta :-))) per ora sembra che non sia molto aprezzato il mio lavoro con la D850 in comunita WP. Question regarding publication

Dear Wolfgang,

I wasn't sure if this would work, so I sent my question om Messenger as well.

I want to use this image for a publication of an radio essay in Sweden. Is it alright tu use it also on social media when sharing the article? The copyright seems a bit contradictory on wikimedia.

Hallo Wolfgang,
vor kurzen habe ich (zu ersten Mal) Urlaub in Deiner Heimat gemacht. Es ist wirkich eine tolle Gegend und sie hat mich total begeistert. Auch Deine exzellenten Fotos sprechen für sich und das schöne Grödnertal.
Im Urlaub habe ich einige Fotos gemacht und auch schon mehere hochgeladen. Dabei stellte sich mir immer mehr die Frage der Panoramafreiheit in Italien. Da Du Einheimischer bist, kannst Du mir vielleicht ein paar Fragen beantworten und Tipps geben (ich habe inzwischen auch schon Löschanträge gestellt, da mir das Motiv zu heikel ist, z.B. hier und hier).
Ich habe auch Fotos von der Kapelle am Sellajoch. Ich habe nirgends etwas gefunden, wie alt die ist (es gibt Fotos aus den 50er Jahren), als Denkmal ist sie nicht ausgewiesen. Ist sie so alt, dass man Fotos publizieren kann? Wie sieht es mit den Fenstern aus. Ich finde sie super, aber können sie in Wikimedia?
Von der Kapelle am Grödnerjoch gab es schon ein Bild in Wikimedia, sodass ich zwei weitere hochgeladen habe. Geht das, oder müssen die wieder gelöscht werden.
Von Dantercepies hast Du Fotos gemacht, obwohl es sich um neue Gebäude handelt, ich habe ebenfalls ein Bild hochgeladen. Moderne Gebäude dürften doch normalerweise in Italien nicht publiziert werde, wie ist die Lage bei Dantercepies? Gibt es hier Panoramafreiheit, oder müssen die auch gelöscht werden?
Und schließlich: Wenn man von der Pfarrkirche aus den Luis-Trenker-Weg läuft, kommt als erstes links ein schönes altes Haus. Darf davon ein Bild veröffentlicht werden? Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Du auf meiner Diskussionsseite antworten würdest.
Oder ist es möglich genererell mit der vor Dir benutzen Lizenez Namensnennung - Weitergabe unter gleichen Bedingungen 3.0 Deutschland (CC BY-SA 3.0 DE) solche Bilder zu veröffentlichen? DAnnn würde ich das übernehmen. Viele Grüße Herbert --Llez (talk) 10:34, 6 November 2017 (UTC)

Hallo, ich bewundere deine Fotos. Leider gibt es in Italien keine Panoramafreiheit und die beiden Bilder (Eines mit Sonnenuhr von Simon und Roland (die noch leben) bedürfen einer Lizenz. Auch das schöne Bild vom heiligen Ulrich (von meinem Großvater) währe auch nicht frei aber ich bin ja der "Erbe". Sicher sind auch die Bilder der Dantercëpies Bahn (Arch. Perathoner) so wie auch ich sie habe "illegal" aber man versuchts halt. Die Bilder der Kapelle vom Grödnerjoch, für mich hässlicher Neubau der auch keine Originalität hat, sind von mir aus legal. Ich kenne nicht die Fenster der Kapelle am Sellajoch , die sind aber wahrscheinlich alt versuch sie doch hochzuladen. Das schöne alte blaue Haus ist schon weit über hundert Jahre alt also dürfte es da kein Problem geben . Das blaue und rote Haus wurden von Josef Runggaldier (schon in den 30iger Jahren verstorben) ein Altarbauer gebaut aund wahrscheinlich auch gezeichnet. Die Gesetze für Panoramafreiheit sind in Italien sehr streng und eigentlich dürfte man überhapt nichts fotografieren es sei denn nur für didaktische und kulturelle Zwecke. Auf WP gibts aber unzälige Bilder der Calatrava Brücke in Venedig. Da sagt aber niemand was!?

Hallo Wolfgang, vielen Dank für die schnelle und ausführliche Antwort. Dann muss ich einige Bilder (die Kletterer an der Tourist-Info z.B.) in der Schublade lassen. Ich finde es schade, dass die vielen schönen Kunstwerke im Ort nicht einer breiten Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden können. Aber so sind nun mal die Gesetze. Was die Fossilien und den Seceda-Saurier im Museum betrifft, so bin ich auf der sicheren Seite. Ich habe bei meinem Besuch dort zufällig Frau Moroder getroffen und sie gefragt, ob ich mit Stativ für Wikipedia fotografieren kann und sie hat es erlaubt.
