This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Special:Contributions/Smkkas appears to show only that Smkkas never edited Commons. I see it's a globally locked account (locked in 2023), and that it has done a lot of sockpuppeting on es-wiki, but I see no indication of what ties Kuiiuop to them. Reason for reporting: Still uploading copyvios after two blocks in 2020, latest is a Getty Images photo of Oswald Mosley with a fascist badge edited out.

Looks like yet another alt history Redditor who uploads (real or edited) political photos and maps in order to make a fictional infobox and take a quick screenshot of the preview to share on Reddit, leaving the fake/copyvio images on Commons for others to clean up afterwards, if we notice them. In a 2020 unblock request they explained that Images added for private use to use for graphics. This was rejected, so they had to wait a month, instead, before they could use Commons as a private web host again. (Do we have a shortcut essay for this type of alt history user?
