There is no freedom of panorama in the United States for 2d art, and there is now a consensus that graffiti does enjoy copyright protection (at least in the United States).

There is no freedom of panorama in the United States for 2d art, and there is now a consensus that graffiti does enjoy copyright protection (at least in the United States). - Part 2 because the category is too big to file them all in one go

  •  Delete I actually just read that there's a consensus that graffiti can be copyrighted now and was planning on nominating the images for deletion when I have some free time tomorrow. The change sounds like a good call. I always thought the policy that graffiti couldn't be copyrighted was questionable anyway. --Adamant1 (talk) 10:35, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
    • @Adamant1: When making more nominations, please curate nominations more carefully than The Squirrel Conspiracy, taking into consideration relevant guidelines such as TOO, incidental inclusion DM, and lack of copyright notice for older US examples. --

  •  Delete Per the outcome of the recent discussion. It's to bad there isn't better documentation of graffiti artists on here so the images could be undeleted at some point. I guess they can be undeleted in 100 years from now when the artists have clearly been dead long enough for it. --Adamant1 (talk) 12:30, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
