Willi Baumeister died in 1955, so these works are in the public domain in Germany now. However, all of these works were created after 1930, so (because of the URAA) they are still protected by copyright in the United States, and the files should be deleted.
They can be restored 95 + 1 years after creation (assuming publication in the year they were created) or 95 + 1 years after first publication if that is known to be later than the year of creation. I will add notes and undeletion categories.

Keep the two stamps. They were uploaded before 2012, so {{Not-PD-US-URAA}} can be used. -- Robert Weemeyer (talk) 07:59, 12 January 2026 (UTC)
- Those two files were deleted in 2015 and restored a few days ago. They should not have been restored. --Rosenzweig τ 09:10, 12 January 2026 (UTC)
- @Rosenzweig: when was the artwork depicted published? (EDIT: That rule doesn't apply to works that were copyright violations before 2012) Abzeronow (talk) 04:20, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
- @Abzeronow: The paintings were created in 1955. Usually we assume they were published in that year as well, unless there is evidence to the contrary. --Rosenzweig τ 16:56, 27 January 2026 (UTC)

Deleted: per nomination, URAA applies. The artwork depicted would have been considered a copyvio in 2012 and the stamps shouldn't have been restored. Undelete the files when US copyright expires. --Abzeronow (talk) 00:50, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
