Description Baton Rouge, La., 8/29/05 -- FEMA Undersecretary Michael Brown is briefed by members of FEMA at the Office of Emergency Management about Hurricane Katrina. New Orleans is being evacuated as a result of flooding caused by hurricane Katrina.
