Issues

• License templates such as {{GFDL}} includes URLs without URL scheme, like www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html. A complete URL would simplify machine readability (I mean really, why not?).

Priority order

To calculate the attribution line:

1. If it exists, use {{Credit line}} for the whole attribution line (example: File:Nephrops norvegicus.jpg). Otherwise:
2. Use attributed author + license.

To calculate the attributed author:

1. Use attribution text from the license template (licensetpl_attr); take the first one it finds.
2. Use author text from the license template (licensetpl_aut secondly.); take the first one it finds.
