Nodes denote distinct allele combinations across multiple genetic loci, with their color intensity signifying relative allelic frequency in the sampled dataset, as represented by the gradient in the colormap (lighter hues indicate lower frequencies, while darker hues signify higher frequencies). Edges connecting the nodes represent observed linkage disequilibrium between allele combinations; the thickness of these edges is proportionate to the strength of LD, quantified using a standard measure (e.g., D'). Nodes with a frequency greater than 0.8 (in arbitrary units) are labeled to demonstrate the nomenclature used for allele combinations.
