Not again. I repeat : this image does'nt appear on the SDSS website. Read the politic of SDSS image carefully : it is clear, if you can read english, this politic only concerns the image appearing in their WEBSSITE. The image of the file NGC 0459 SDSS.jpg is not on their website. I have done this image myself in using data made avalaible to public par the SDSS programm and the logiciel ALADIN. The repeated demand of deletion of the guy name Lithopsian is realy boring me! Please tell him to read this message. There is no reason to delete that file.

I can see you would be dismayed at the prospect of your work getting deleted, but insulting me isn't the most constructive approach. Nor is uploading hundreds more images of the same type after previous ones were deleted. I have updated the Category:Sloan Digital Sky Survey page with a link to the page which describes the SDSS data use policy, which is applicable to images generated with third-party tools such as Aladin. Deleted: per nomination. SDSS images are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission (as stated on their website). Hence their license prevents upload to Commons. --Ellin Beltz (talk) 05:46, 14 May 2017 (UTC)
