Decide the themes of July challenge

@Jarekt, I have two pairs of candidate:

• Duo mode: Rephotography (Diaster before and after) / Awards and awards ceremonies
• Non-duo mode: Awards and awards ceremonies / River mouths, confluences and deltas

Tie breaking

i was planning to make a vertical version of Template:Photo challenge winners table in response to complaints that it is sometimes too wide. i notice that each position can only have 1 file.
