Uploader has uploaded quite a number of files about their alleged father, including files that may not be easily publicly accessible, such as models of building that the father (an architect) designed. Delete COM:COPYVIO. The file description says the author is Keely Panichelli, but the uploader is User:CableCar778 — their names don't match at all, and CableCar778 is someone who is globally locked for abusing multiple accounts.

No proof was provided that Keely Panichelli released this file under the claimed license.

Some countries exempt their official flags from copyright, I don't know whether Venezuela is one of them, but even if it is, this file could not benefit from such an exemption as it seems that this flag is not an official flag but the personal art of an individual artist.
