Tool not showing up on certain image

Hi, the RemoveGPS tool is not showing up on this image of mine (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Benelli_M2_Pro_Black_7%2B1.jpg). Do you have any idea why? I would like to remove the location data from this, and I used the tool for several other of my images but for some reason the tool does not show up on this page. Many thanks.
