Flags files that have been created manually using a text editor.
The template automatically sets the following categories:
- Valid SVG created with Text Editor or one of its subcategories, depending on parameter 2 (extendable by parameter sub)
- Structured SVG and Valid SVG created with Text Editor, when parameter 3 = H (may be extended by parameter sss)
- Valid SVG created with Text Editor, when parameter 3 = V (or parameter 1 = v)
- Invalid SVG created with Text Editor, when parameter 3 = I or parameter err is empty
- Unspec SVG created with Text Editor, when validity is not specified
Usage

- This template is used by {{SimplSVG}}, {{Image generation}} (there, with parameter 1=T) and {{File generation description}}.
- Setting 3=V transcludes {{ValidSVG}} and displays a shorter text

To add your language to the list of languages supported by this template, please copy the code of Template:Created with Text Editor/en (or any other language version you prefer to translate) and replace the text strings in there (the form below can be used to create a translation, the English version is preloaded in the edit box). Please change the parameter lang from en (or whatever language you are translating) to the language code of your language.
To enable the display of Additional Text depending on parameter 3, its value is stored in pararameter 13. The language version may check whether it was (H or h, M, S, Q, V or v,…) and creates the appropriate text. See how it is done in {{Created with Text Editor/de}}
