Commons:Pattypan/Two-factor authentication

In order to sign in using Pattypan, please follow steps below:

  1. Go to Special:BotPasswords/pattypan
  2. Select three fields:
    • Create, edit, and move pages
    • Upload new files
    • Upload, replace, and move files
  3. Click Create
  4. You will receive a new, long password that will let you log in. (Don't worry—your old password has not changed!) Please save your password, you cannot see it again once you leave that page. You can reset the password, however, by using the same page and selecting the Reset the password checkbox.
  5. You can log in using the new password:
    • Login: Your user name (e.g., Yarl)
    • Password: pattypan@password (e.g., pattypan@9es0afdgsus9de9gbee3bsa530kphb5v)
