Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.

Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.

Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.

Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

 Comment hasn't edited since 26 February, and I looked into a fair number of the edits and they looked OK, even actively constructive: DR'ing somewhat creepy, duplicative files. @Sakurase: I can't readily work out what was the issue with the linked blocked account, and how this ties in. Apologize for the unclear request. This user was blocked indef on zhwiki, and was considered to be a sock of the User I linked above. So I reported this for the reason of "Block evasion".
Also, their naming is basically the same in Chinese, also looks suspicious to me. Sakurase (talk) 04:10, 3 May 2026 (UTC)
