I have an extensive archive of photos I've taken over my life, and I'm gradually uploading all the useful stuff i have on here, I have a strong appreciation for the specific textures of older digital and analogue formats. My cameras are a Canon PowerShot A640 (for its distinctive CCD sensor colour) and a Minolta Weathermatic A (for 110 film). I feel like the CCD sensor in the canon (when the ISO is high enough) really mimics that analogue film grain. My work focuses on lonely spaces and industrial infrastructure among other things. I aim to capture the atmospheric and often solitary nature of these environments. In line with my open-source principles, I release many of my high-resolution images under Creative Commons licences so they can be used freely by the community.
