Two issues: the authorship claim is pretty dubious. Secondly is this really simple enough for PD-text ? There's obviously a stylised apple at the start of this logo (the company operates supermarkets). I'm unfamiliar with Chilean trademark law though. Andy Dingley (talk) 00:31, 11 February 2024 (UTC)

+: We also have a request from the company to keep the file per support Ticket:2024021210011274. However their email however is lacking an acceptable licence specification. Asking a company to release something under cc-by-sa often leads to long tedious correspondence. Accepting the logo as simple will keep things simple.

Henri Matisse died in 1954, so this work is in the public domain in France now. However, it was created in 1945, so (because of the URAA) it is still protected by copyright in the United States, and the file should be deleted. It can be restored in 2041. Rosenzweig τ 14:19, 25 December 2025 (UTC)

 Keep, do you know where the previous discussion is at? From the video, it doesn’t look like the CCTV was human-operated, it looked like it was a 360° CCTV footage that was edited for it to “spin” from one angle to another (you can see the original frame of the CCTV footage “spinning” in the video). I believe it was in January this year, although I'm not sure of the file name. As for the 360 part, I'm still hesitant to keep per COM:PCP, as it could technically be either and PD-automated is a stringent PD tag. EF5 ._. (talk - contribs) 22:43, 10 July 2025 (UTC)
  •  Keep This is just a screenshot from the video, where the camera moves just once, over an hour before the screenshot was taken. In the hour between, there doesn't appear to be any movement from the camera, and likely no human-operation. A similar situation over at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Air India 171 runway CCTV.webm, where there was some human input on a CCTV video, resulted in a keep. Falls under PD-CCTV imo. This is the additional source. It's a paper which is hosted on a NASA website and confirms the image is from the Goldstone Solar System Radar, but it says "© 2010 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved." I'm not certain PD-NASA can be assumed here, I'll leave that up to the closing admin. SevenSpheres (talk) 20:41, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
