I have no use for administrative tools when I don't use them, and I have been almost inactive for the last half year or so. If I one day find that I again need the tools I will re-apply for them and likely (if the process works the way it did when I was active) will soon get them back. I bear no grudge and regret nothing about being one of the person responsible for the policy. Keep it going.
