This user account is a pywikibot-based bot operated by Gabriel Birke (WMDE) (talk). The bot inserts references to images in the German wikipedia monument lists. This bot checks (and removes) the WIKIPAGE_UPDATE_PARAMS comment from the image description on Commons. It only checks images in the category "Images from Wiki Loves Monuments 2015 in Germany". It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.
