Bahasa Indonesia: Penderes kelapa adalah sebuah profesi yang saat ini masih, walaupun jumlahnyab tinggal sedikit. Pekerjaan dari seorang penderes adalah memanjat pohon kelapa untuk menyadap nira kelapa. Pekerjaan tersebut dilakukan setiap hari sebanyak dua kali, yaitu pada pagi dan sore hari. Setiap pagi dan sore hari, mereka membawa ember bekas cat berbobot lima kiloan yang telah dibersihkan sebagai tempat untuk menyimpan tetesan nira yang akan diletakkan di pohon kelapa. |
