- FTR, "eager" is indeed listed at Commons:Questionable Flickr images#Flickr users and "44343967@N00" on User:FlickreviewR/bad-authors. That entry apparently got added on 2008-07-11, Special:Diff/12733477/12740800. Well, COM:PRP certainly mandates a deletion. Regards, Grand-Duc (talk) 14:56, 11 March 2026 (UTC)
- I checked and the Flickr account is managed by 準建築人手札網站, which appears to be an architecture news/blog website. Most likely the website is just using Flickr as a webhost for their website content as seen by the image nominated being placed in a Flickr album called "Forgemind Webuse 0001".
- The album clearly contains many works by other architecture firms (concept arts, drawings, documents), and often these images are labelled with CC license by the Flickr account. So, it is understandable why this account is blacklisted in the first place.
- It is possible the website is the copyright holder of this image, but given the fact they often mislabel their images with CC license, I agree we should Delete this per COM:PCP.
