Support When we think of Tuscany, we usually remember the gentle landscape of the Chianti with vineyards, olive groves, beautiful villages and … many tourists, like us ;–). But southeast of Siena the Crete Senesi give a completely different and very unique sight: a minimalist landscape of elegantly curved hills and valleys, consisting entirely of endless fields, broken up only here and there by a cypress tree or a farmhouse. The rugged charm of this region is much harder to capture, and I think this photo is a very successful representation. – Aristeas (talk) 09:59, 31 March 2026 (UTC)

Oppose Lovely landscape, but the tree has a visible halo in full size view.
Oppose Not impresed neither. Weather as 1st, crop, Exif ? --Mile (talk) 10:22, 2 April 2026 (UTC)
Oppose I like very much the gently curved surface and the green coverage, but not the overall composition. Maybe I would have tried a cropped version only with the green surface. -- Alvesgaspar (talk) 21:05, 3 April 2026 (UTC)

- Yes, long live minimalism!! -- Alvesgaspar (talk) 19:45, 4 April 2026 (UTC)
Oppose I'm not really convinced of the 'wow' factor, sorry. I also find the colours a bit dull. TheBritinator (talk) 17:39, 4 April 2026 (UTC)
Support Lovely landscape, and the quality is OK. I don't see any reason for this not to be featured. --heylenny (talk/edits) 19:22, 5 April 2026 (UTC)

Oppose Something strange (and blue) in the tree. And per Iekaterina.- @Екатерина Борисова and Jebulon: Hello. I've tried to minimize this. In my opinion the halo almost invisible now. Юрий Д.К. 17:17, 6 April 2026 (UTC)
- OK, thanks. -- Екатерина Борисова (talk) 17:51, 6 April 2026 (UTC)
