Abusing a lot of new accounts, leaded by User:Manzote, this user (Jmfd) has lost his privilege to edit Commons due to continued copyright violation and excessive stealing from other photographers. Martin H. (talk) 13:32, 11 November 2009 (UTC)

Images from Flickr

Commons only accept images from flickr that are freely licensed by the copyright holder so that everyone can reuse the images for every purpose including commercial purposes. You transferred images from http://www.flickr.com/photos/sblanco/ that are all license non-commercial under the claim they are license {{Cc-by-2.0}}. This images are not freely licensed under cc-by-2.0 so that everyone can use them, they are licensed non-commercial so that they can not be used for commercial or money making purposes, thats not free and not accepted on Commons.

Furthermore I said: licensed by the copyright holder. Uploading images to a flickr account you manage yourself and license images freely is not freely licensed by the copyright holder but by someone else who is not in the legal position to do this. This attempt is called flickr washing. --Martin H. (talk) 13:36, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
