Going by the letters of COM:PRP and COM:CARES, in light of that COM:TOO Russia is really low and that there's no COM:FOP Russia for art, the nominated files are liable to get deleted. File:Cemetery of the forgotten planes - panoramio (17).jpg and File:Ильюшин Ил-14 148001908, Москва - Ходынское поле (им. Фрунзе) RP9042.jpg may be borderline if one would say that no human creative expression can be found, but I think that the love graffitto and the tree-like graphic are above the TOO.

Entiendo que ser autora de las fotografías me permite liberar los derechos correspondientes a las imágenes; sin embargo, agradecería que me confirmaran si también es posible publicarlas considerando los derechos de autor de las obras representadas y que los murales se encuentran dentro de un edificio público de acceso al público.

Unlikely that these are the own work of the uploader, as claimed. These photos lack the Exif metadata that would normally be expected in original photos. I don't think we can keep these without additional evidence that these photos are freely licensed by the copyright holder (usually the photographer), either via COM:VRT or a with a link to the photo's free license (particularly since these appear to have been previously published elsewhere with non-free licenses).

Categories with "Stamps of the Soviet Union, " in title

There is already categories for Soviet stamps, and they have the syntax "Category:(year) stamps of the Soviet Union" (example) and "Category:(year) (qualifier) stamps of the Soviet Union" (example). Most of these are empty anyway. Also, most of these would redirect to the correct ones already before being blanked, and putting the redirects back is not worth the effort.
