This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.

Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.

Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.

Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

New to me, too, and while there are people who've been around the web longer than I have, a fair number of those are at CERN.

I initially thought that warning and deletion nominations (See user TP) would be enough. But then I went to global account information to find out that the user is indeffed with TPA revoked on ENWIKI per this thread at WP:AN. The reason, same case as here (plus false license review while uploading), uploading images that either are falsely claimed as own work or can't be hosted here. So if anyone like me wants to avoid things like this (can also be seen here), we can end it now. (I am not informing the user on TP knowingly, if someone wants to, I won't object.)  Not done @Junior Jumper, it looks to me like you gave them a warning to stop doing this 5 minutes and threatening that if they continue they will be blocked. Five minutes later, you reported them here and asked for a block. Please, in the future, don't do both! Think about it: "If you don't stop, you're going to be in trouble. [Person does nothing.] You are now in trouble." Just not an appropriate sequence.

Hopeful2014 block evasion

Looks like a return of User:Hopeful2014, making the same mass category/postcode changes to East London images and category pages as past socks like User:Hackneyvibe94 from a few months ago (eg. /, /) and the same kind of "...is a place area in London..." alterations to category descriptions () that were recorded repeatedly in article leads on enwiki at en:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Hopeful2014/Archive.     Thanks. These edits have been disputed independently by many local editors on enwiki since 2019, and here they were removing some postcode categories added by a longstanding Commons user. If they're trying to avoid scrutiny on edits they know to be controversial, and are unwilling to discuss them (they never include edit summaries and they instantly stopped editing in response to this thread being opened), reverting it all seems fair.
