Boil until, when dropped in coldwater it will form a ball that willsound when knocked against the sideof a glass. Pour out on a marble slabor cold dish (preferably the slab) andlet it cool. Flavor after it is put inthe dish with a few drops of oil o*peppermint and then pull uptil wnite.Cut into little pieces with the SCIS-SORS, and put it into an air tight tinbox for several hours until it creams.
